Liquid Mixing Eductor

The liquid mixing eductor nozzle is an ideal ejector for the liquid or solution contained in the continuous mixing tank, which realizes the mixing and stirring of the solution without air, reduces the oxidative decomposition of the solution, strengthens the circulating turbulent movement, improves the mixing effect of the solution, promotes the uniformity of the solution, and improves the surface treatment quality of the workpiece.

In a large tank, the installation of these nozzles can effectively improve the circulation and stirring of the solution. This type of nozzle works by the fact that the fluid is ejected from the nozzle to form a low-pressure area around the guide port, and due to the regional pressure difference, and the liquid momentum acts on the attracted liquid, the high-speed working jet and the attracted liquid are sprayed out at 1:4.

The mixing eductor nozzle uses a unique venture design which enables smaller pumps to circulate large volumes of tanksolution. Liquid is pumped into the nozzle and exits at high velocity inducing 4 times the liquid from the surrounding solution.
