Spraying disinfection
Spray disinfection is a method of disinfecting chemical disinfectants evenly sprayed on air or surfaces with a sprayer. Due to the small size of spray particles, it is easy to evaporate in the air, and can combine the effect of spray and fumigation.
RELAB designs a micro disinfection system, which can be easily installed in passages, corridors, doorways, lobbies, aisles and other places to disinfect passing personnel, and can also be applied to farms, chicken coops, horse sheds and other places to disinfect animals.
This is a small disinfection system that can output 10~15 bar of pressure and can install up to 10 nozzles. This system is composed of pumps, mist nozzles, plastic pipes, connectors, pressure regulators, infrared sensors, time relays and other components. The system senses the passage of personnel through infrared sensors, turns on the system to work; you can set the working time in second, minute, and hour after shutdown.
Because the generally selected disinfectants peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, etc. are irritating and corrosive, before spraying, the food, clothing and other items that do not need to be disinfected are stacked and placed, and the disinfection personnel should stand in the upwind direction, wear protective masks, glasses, protective clothing and other protective equipment.
Advantages of RELAB disinfection system:
- Easy to install, simple and practical.
- Strong operability, flexible layout.
- Much cheaper, small volume and weight.
- Convenient transportation, low shipping cost.
