Why has the Amount Decreased?

After you arranged for international remittances, you may receive notice from us. Because the amount we received is not the same as that on the invoice. This can affect your order, and you may be asked to pay the difference again, or reduce the order quantity.

Why does the total amount decrease after the transfer?

This mainly involves the issue of bank handling fees. When the remittance is transferred from the buyer's bank to the seller's bank, it will transfer through the intermediate bank, so all the three banks will charge a certain processing fee. Actually our bank does not charge any entry fees, so the customer will charge two fees when sending money to us.

At the time of the remittance, if the buyer only pays the fee to the remittance bank, and unpaid the fee of intermediate bank, then the payment will be deducted in the transfer process. So the money we receive will be reduced.

How to prevent reduced remittances from affecting orders? If you are going to remit money directly to the bank counter, then you can tell the staff that you bear all the fees. If you are paying through online banking, then please choose "OUR" instead of "SHA" in the "Handling Fee (Detais of charges)" column.
