When will I Receive the Nozzle?

We usually list a lead time on our quotation or proform invoice. If the lead time is 6 days, then the express will take 3-7 days, the delivery time will be 9-13 days.

Why doesn't RELAB write a delivery time directly on the proforma invoice?

Because the international express time is affected by many factors, these factors are beyond our control, we can't give a specific commitment time. The only thing we can determine is our production time. With the production time and the express transportation time, you can get an approximate delivery time.
Of course, once we ship, you will be able to track the package on the  website of express company.

Production Lead Time

Production Lead Time (or manufacturing lead time) is the period of time between a merchant’s purchase order being placed and the manufacturer completing the order.

A short production lead time is better than a long production lead time, as it ensures customers get products quickly.

RELAB starts to calculate the production lead time after receiving the payment. If you find the lead time is within 8 days on the inovice, so this time is based on receipt of payment.
Because even if you receive our proforma invoice, we still can't confirm whether you need to order our products until you pay.

Delivery Time

Delivery time relates to the amount of time a customer has to wait to receive their purchased nozzles.

Shipping Time

Freight shipping transit time is impacted by factors including distance, shipping mode, route, and season. In very rough estimates: express can take as little as 3-7 days, air freight is typically 5-12 days, and sea shipping can range anywhere from 20-45 days.

To Summarise:
Delivery Time = Lead time + Shipping Time
