Spray Drying

Spray drying is a process and method of drying liquid foods. The process of spray drying will turn the food into a kind of powder that can then be reverted back into its original form when you add the water. Not only does this prevent the food from going off, but it also makes it significantly easier to transport and store. Moreover, it even means that it can be stored at more temperatures.

Why would you need a spray drying nozzle?

The spray drying process requires the atomization of liquid feed into a spray of droplets using either a rotary atomizer wheel or a nozzle atomizer. As the droplets fall through the warm air, under carefully-controlled temperature and airflow, they dry to form a powder with specific characteristics.
RELAB's spray drying nozzles can precisely control the spray particles, dry quickly, effectively save drying time, moreover save costs.
