Design Features

Characteristics:

The siphon flat fan nozzle uses the atmospheric siphon principle: when the gas is pumped into the nozzle body, the high-speed air flow forms a vacuum at the air cap, and the liquid in the container is subjected to atmospheric pressure and enters into the negative pressure area along the pipeline. In this way, the liquid is sucked from low to high like a siphon, and finally ejected through the nozzle hole to form a fog.

The mode of siphon liquid supply uses the suction generated by the air flow through the nozzle to lift the liquid from the reservoir to the nozzle. So by changing the suction height, the liquid flow and droplet size can be changed.

The mode of gravity liquid supply utilizes gravity to deliver fluid from an elevated reservoir to the nozzle. Uniform spray performance is achieved by maintaining a constant distance between the fluid level and the nozzle.

Construction:
