Design Features
Characteristics:
Air atomizing nozzles use compressed air or gas to produce an accurately controlled liquid dispersion in applications where a conventional liquid nozzle would not be suitable.
Round air atomizing nozzle produces a narrow angle round spray pattern. There is a round hole air cap to form spray angles of 13~22 degrees.
The liquids of round air atomizing nozzles are supplied by pressure. Compared to the siphon round air cap, the pressure round air cap produces a denser spray particles and a longer delivery distance. Obtaining fine atomization is done by increasing the air pressure or lowering the liquid pressure.
Construction:
- Multi-piece body with a 6-hole round air cap
- liquid supplied by pressure feed and fluids mixed by interal mixing
- The models listed are machined from bar stock
- Standard materials are PVC, PVDF, PTFE, brass, 303SS, 304SS and 316SS
- All models are available in 1/8" and 1/4" female threads either BSPP or NPS
