M Series: Fine-mist System Fittings
Fine-mist system fittings are a single-fluid hydraulic fitting that can be assembled with the fine mist nozzles and operate at 70 bar pressure. A variety of materials are available: Ni-brass, 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel. In addition to these fittings listed, we also customize some special fittings according to the requirements from customers.
One-nozzle Connector
Because of their unique internal structure and lock ring design, in the installation process, they do not need special hoisting, only need to fix the pipeline horizontally, which can save users 50% installation time.

Double-nozzle Connector
There are two nozzle threaded holes for the 701 double-jet fitting. The two threaded holes are angled 180° on both sides of the fitting, and the user can also choose 120° or 150° on request.

Push Lock Union
Model 702 is a linear pipe coupling without thread hole. It is to connect two tubes of the same or different sizes to assist in extending the tube longer. The push lock union will become an end connector when you insert a plug into one end of it.

Push Lock Tee
The one-piece body is selected from food-grade 304 stainless steel cast by mold, which is the best choice for the food processing industry. Compared with those split and bonded products, our push lock tee is thicker and cost-free in material.

Push Lock Elbow
The 90° elbow is a one-piece body selected from food-grade 304 stainless steel and cast by mold. Compared with those split and bonded products, our push lock elbow is thicker and cost-free in material selection.

Push Lock Male Adapter
Model 705 is male thread adapter to connect pipes and other internal thread fittings or machines. One end of this fitting is the push lock connection inlet, and the other end is the external thread.

This is an in-line pipe end coupling with one-nozzle thread hole. One end of it is a push lock connection inlet, the other end is a nozzle threaded hole, which is opposite to the its inlet.

End Plug
This is an end plug, which has a prefabricated slot to secure the eight-jaw locking ring inside the quick coupling. It is compatible with other quick couplings to plug one of their multi branches.

700 Series Fastener
The 700 series lock ring produced from RELAB is an 8-talon fastener. Compared with the ordinary 6-talon lock ring, its unique shape design ensures that the system is more stable during operation.
