700 Series Fastener

Characteristics:

The 709 fastening parts are an essential part of the 700 series push lock fittings, and the longevity and guarantee of the system depends on the use of high-quality materials, and the 700 series fittings applied in the greenhouse are usually made from 304 or 316 stainless steel rods through CNC machine precision machining. Therefore, the use of these materials enables growers to utilize fog systems to spray chemical products.

The 700 series lock ring produced from RELAB is an 8-talon fastener. Compared with the ordinary 6-talon lock ring, its unique shape design ensures that the system is more stable during operation.

This lock ring is removable with the help of a tool. During the maintenance of the pipe fitting, the internal seal can be replaced by removing it, thereby extending the service life of the fitting and saving engineering costs.

For RELAB's 700 series products, we accept parts to order. Both the lock ring and the seal can be ordered and replaced. RELAB has been sparing no effort to innovate the design of products to ensure that the products are easy to deploy, easy to replace, and cost-saving.

Construction:

• One-piece 8-talon design
• The models listed are machined from bold bar stock
• Regular sizes are 3/8" 10mm or 12mm nylon or metal pipe
• Standard materials are Ni-brass, SS304 and SS316
