End Plug

Characteristics:

This is a plug, which has a prefabricated groove to secure the 8-talon lock ring inside the push lock fitting. It is compatible with other quick couplings to plug one of their multi branches, such as the 700, 701, 702, 703 and 704.

Compared other similar products, our push lock fittings offer better sealing, longer life and resistance to higher pressures, thanks to a unique product design and high processing accuracy. And these fittings are equipped with an 8-talon lock ring, its unique structure and precise processing method, so that it has a very good performance: under a pressure of 70 bar/1000PSI, the tube is tightly fastened by the locking ring, and there is no shaking, so that this product has stronger tightness and applicability, even if the tolerance of pipe outer diameter is 0.2mm, this fitting still has good sealing.

It is required for the copper or stainless steel pipe to prefabricate a special slot at both ends of the tube in advance to fix this fitting. For the nylon or PE plastic pipe, there is no need to groove the tube, but it is best to cut the ends of the tube into a circular inclination, which can avoid the sharp burrs jamming the fitting and unable to insert.
