One-nozzle In-line End

Characteristics:

This is an in-line pipe end coupling with one-nozzle thread hole. One end of the fitting is a push lock connection inlet, the other end is a nozzle threaded hole, which is opposite to the its inlet. This threaded hole can be customized according to the user nozzle thread. The in-line end is usually mounted on an extension tube.

This is a quick connect coupling that can be easily installed without any tool assistance. Compared other similar product, our 700 series fitting offers better sealing, longer life and resistance to higher pressures, thanks to a unique product design and high processing accuracy. And the fitting is equipped with an 8-talon lock ring, its unique structure and precise processing method, so that it has a very good performance: under a pressure of 70 bar/1000PSI, the tube is tightly fastened by the locking ring, and there is no shaking, so that this product has stronger tightness and applicability, even if the tolerance of pipe outer diameter is 0.2mm, this fitting still has good sealing.

It is required for the copper or stainless steel pipe to prefabricate a special slot at both ends of the tube in advance to fix this fitting. For the nylon or PE plastic pipe, there is no need to groove the tube, but it is best to cut the ends of the tube into a circular inclination, which can avoid the sharp burrs jamming the fitting and unable to insert.
