Characteristics:
Model 703 is a three-way tee coupling. The one-piece body is cast by mold. It is made from a food-grade 304 stainless steel, which is the best choice for the food processing industry. Compared with those split and bonded products, our push lock tee is thicker and cost-free in terms of material selection. It does not need special hoisting, only need to fix the pipeline horizontally, which can help users save 50% installation time.
This is a quick connection coupling that can be easily installed without any tool assistance. The tee is equipped with an eight-talon lock ring, its unique structure and precise processing method, so that it has a very good performance: under a pressure of 70 bar/1000PSI, the tube is tightly fastened by the locking ring, and there is no shaking, so that this product has stronger tightness and applicability, even if the tolerance of pipe outer diameter is 0.2mm, this fitting still has good sealing.
It is required for the copper or stainless steel pipe to prefabricate a special slot at both ends of the tube in advance to fix this fitting. For the nylon or PE plastic pipe, there is no need to groove the tube, but it is best to cut the ends of the tube into a circular inclination, which can avoid the sharp burrs jamming the fitting and unable to insert.
