Design Features

Characteristics:

CC series, a medium flow nozzle, is designed with a V-slot to produce a flat fan spray pattern. The spray angles are available from 15° to 110° measured at 3 bar. Nozzles cover the standard capacity range from 7.9 to 19.7 litres per minute, delivering high impact jets with medium size droplets.

When several nozzles are assembled in a row onto a manifold, the unique nozzle head design is more convenient and accurate arrangement and better spray effect, and the adjacent nozzles are deflected 5~15° from the horizontal direction through the spray direction, and the coverage area overlaps by 30% to obtain complementary and more uniform distribution.

Spray angles generally increase with pressure. Impact of spray is generally greater with narrower spray angles assuming equal flow rates. CC nozzle has a tapered inlet to reduce wear and resists clogging.

Some special plastic materials(PTFE/PVDF/PVC) are available for high flow nozzles to ensure maximum anti-wearing and anti-corrosion resistance thereby offering an extended durability. All nozzles are finished on high precision machinery assuring close manufacturing tolerances for capacity, within +/- 3% of the nominal values. The connection thread is tapered in order to easily allow for both a tight connection and a correct spray pattern orientation.
