Design Features
Characteristics:
The BG series is a combined full cone nozzle, which consists of a removable cap, body and slotted vane. It delivers a narrow angle full cone spray pattern. The spray angle is of 15° or 30° at 3 bar pressure.
Its unique vane design and large flow channels guarantee excellent control and uniform spray distribution. At the same flow rate, the impact force that can be generated in the unit area is much higher than that of a wide-angle nozzle.
This multi-piece combined nozzle has more advantages in options of flow rates and thread sizes. Thread sizes can be selected from 1/8" to 1/2" with the flow rates of 2.8LPM to 36LPM at 3 bar pressure.
Construction:
