BH Narrow-angle Full Cone Nozzle

Characteristics:

The BH series is a combined full cone nozzle as same as model BG, which consists of a removable cap, body and slotted vane. It delivers a narrow angle full cone spray pattern. The spray angle is of 15° or 30° at 3 bar pressure.

Its unique vane design and large flow channels guarantee excellent control and uniform spray distribution. At the same flow rate, the impact force that can be generated in the unit area is much higher than that of a wide-angle nozzle.

This multi-piece combined nozzle has more advantages in options of flow rates and thread sizes. Thread sizes can be selected from 1/8" to 1/2" with the flow rates of 2.8LPM to 36LPM at 3 bar pressure.

Construction:

• Two-piece hex body, removable cap and slotted vane
• The models listed are machined from bar stock
• Standard materials are brass, 303 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel
• All models are available in either BSPP or NPS female parallel pipe threads

Typical Application:

• High impact washing
• Desuperheating of steam
• Cooling and cleaning inside the pipe
