BK-W Wide-angle Square Nozzle

Characteristics:

Model BK-W is also be manufactured to supply a square section spray pattern, to optimize their performance where the coverage of a surface is required to be as even as possible.

BK-W wide-angle square full cone nozzles is a one-piece body with the X-style vane. Please note that the sides of the square spray section are not in line with the grooves on the nozzle orifice, the offset angle being between 10° and 15° depending upon working pressure and distance.

And the position of square spray pattern, as it contacts the sprayed surface, will rotate as the pressure increases. This is more pronounced with larger size nozzles and at lower pressures. So it is suggested that a nozzle be tested at the planned operating pressure to determine where the square pattern is in relationship to the slots machined on the outlet face of the spray nozzle.

Construction:

• One-piece round body with an X-style vane
• The models listed are machined from bar stock
• Standard materials are brass, 303 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel
• All models are available in either BSPT or NPT female threads

• Scrubbing and washing with recirculated liquids
