Axial-flow Hollow Cone Nozzles
Axial-flow hollow cone nozzles are in-line jet models. These nozzles produce a very evenly distributed hollow cone spray which emerge through the center axis of the nozzle body.
AB Hollow Cone Nozzle
Model AB produces a very fine hollow cone spray pattern, in line with the inlet pipe. The machined inside vane has two precision machined spiral grooves, which produces a wide range of capacities starting from very low values.- Model:
- AB series
- Construction:
- One-piece body, with a slotted vane
- Thread:
- 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 up to 1 inch
- Pressure:
- 0.7~10 bar
- Spray angle:
- 55°~92° at 3 bar
- Flow rate:
- 0.2~46LPM at 3 bar
AC Hollow Cone Nozzle
Model AC is a cutty head nozzle with a parallel pipe thread. The thread size is available from 1/4 up to 1 inch. Easy to install in a small space. An O-ring or gasket is required to seal. Available to use a welding base to connect it with pipe.- Model:
- AC series
- Construction:
- One-piece body, with a spiral groove vane
- Material:
- Bras, 303SS, 304SS, 316SS
- Thread:
- 1/4, 3/8 or 1/2
- Pressure:
- 0.5~10 bar
- Spray angle:
- 57°~93° at 1.5 bar
- Flow rate:
- 0.17~38LPM at 2 bar
AD Hollow Cone Nozzle
Model AD is a two-piece design with a removable cap. Water enters from the side, so there is a long tail behind the body. Available connection sizes are from 1/8" to 3/4" with flow rates of 0.93 to 54.3 LPM at 1.0 bar.- Model:
- AD series
- Material:
- PVC, PP, Brass, Stainless steel
- Thread:
- 1/8 to 3/4 male BSPT/NPT

- 0.5 to 10 bar
- Spray angle:
- 60° to 80° at 1.5 bar
- Flow rate:
- 1.1 to 28 lpm at 1.5 bar
AF Hollow Cone Nozzle
In all A series hollow cone nozzles, the model AF produces the finest droplet sizes, even at low pressure values. It's an ideal choice for atomizing water, oils, potions and other additives. The flow rates are from 1.3 to 92.0 lph at 4 bar.- Model:
- AF series
- Construction:
- Two-piece, with an internal insert and strainer
- Thread:
- 9/16-24UNEF or 1/4 male BSPP/NPS
- Pressure:
- 4~35 bar
- Spray angle:
- 45°~90° at 9 bar
