AC Hollow Cone Nozzle

Characteristics:

AC series nozzles produce an axial-flow hollow cone spray pattern. The AC nozzles also have one-piece body and parallel pipe male thread connection, and produce a very fine spray with a hollow cone spray pattern, in line with the inlet pipe.

The short hex body is easy to install in places with less headroom. The internal spiral groove vane ensures an efficient whirling of the liquid which creates uniform droplets throughout and maximizes the total exposed surface area. Creation of such a spray means that the liquid can be absorbed faster, cool quicker, and moisturize better for more effective application spraying.

Construction:

• One-piece body with a spiral groove vane
• Unique spiral groove insert design produces fine atomization
• The models listed are machined from bar stock
• Standard materials are brass, SS303 and SS316
• All models are available in either BSPP or NPS parallel pipe thread
