Design Features
AD hollow cone nozzles produce a hollow cone spray pattern, in line with the nozzle inlet pipe.
Their design, without any inside whirling vane, offers wide unobstructed passages and minimizes clogging danger while producing fine droplets. Since water enters from the side, so there is a long tail behind the body with very little projected outside the pipe, making it ideally suited for applications with restricted nozzle headroom.
The above characteristics make these nozzles the ideal solution for dust suppression applications, specially suited for coal dust control.
