Design Features
Characteristics:
AF series nozzles work on an axial-flow principle. They are hydraulic atomization nozzles designed to deliver a very finely atomized hollow cone spray, even at low pressure values.
The nozzles contain a precisely machined insert with tiny passages, which can be disassembled for cleaning if the nozzle be clogged. The axial hydraulic atomization nozzles create the smallest droplets of any type of hollow cone nozzle.
As a result, these nozzles are suitable for applications where fine, uniform spray is required, such as for cooling and cleaning of gas, absorption processes, dust control, product dampening, oil spraying, and air humidifying.
Construction:
