FC Plastic Micro Mist Nozzle

Characteristics:

FC series is a low pressure plastic micro mist nozzle. The nozzle is made entirely of plastic, except for a built-in metal filter mesh. The FC plastic mist nozzle is a hydraulic atomization type, which does not require air assistance. At a pressure of 3-15 bar, it produces a spray angle of 42~90 degrees and a particle size of 30~80 microns.

The nozzle doesn't contain anti-drip devices, and the water is required to be purified by 20~50 micron filter or screen mesh. The minimum orifice diameter is 0.3mm. It is the higher pressure, the better effect. Since the nozzle material is plastic, too much pressure will wear the spray orifice, so a pressure of less than 15 bar is recommended.
