D Series: Solid Stream Nozzles

Solid Stream Nozzles

Solid stream jet nozzle is a straight jet nozzle with 0° spray angle. These models are designed to cut through the contaminants that cut paper quality, helping operators keep roll surfaces cleaner longer, and produce a better product with less production downtime. The solid stream nozzle is ideal for cleaning paper mill wire and felt fabrics, as well as suction rolls. Moreover, the solid stream jet nozzles are organized into 4 sub-categories: • Standard solid stream nozzles; • Cutty solid stream nozzles; • Longer solid stream nozzles; • Disc solid stream nozzles.

DA Standard Solid Stream Nozzle

DA Standard Solid Stream Nozzle DA solid stream nozzle is complete brass or stainless nozzle without any inserts. The model produces a precise, concentrated and high-velocity stream which is longer distances than flat fan nozzles to handle tough cleaning applications.
