DB Ruby-orifice Solid Stream Nozzle

Characteristics:

DB solid stream nozzles are made from brass body with a ruby insert. The solid stream spray pattern nozzles are designed to produce a compact, solid stream of liquids to spray with a 0° spray angle. The models have the benefit of being designed from a special ruby orifice. The ruby inserts are available in a very wide ranged of spray orifice sizes.

The nozzles create a single solid stream spray pattern, and larger inlet orifices with no internal obstructions permit non clogging suspension applications.

A precise, concentrated and high-velocity liquid stream produced from solid stream nozzles which is longer distances than flat fan nozzles to handle tough cleaning applications. They spray at a fixed angle and have no moving parts to maintain.

They might be the simplest form of nozzles since their design is very straight forward. However, they are very useful and practical when high impact cleaning is required, or for trimming/cutting applications, especially in the paper industry.

The high quality stream allows for greater stand-off distance from wire and felt roller fabrics, which reduces build-up on the surface of the insert.

Construction:
