DC Cutty Solid Stream Nozzle

Characteristics:

DC solid stream nozzle is a short body nozzle with a ruby orifice. The solid stream spray pattern nozzles are designed to produce a compact, solid stream of liquids to spray. The nozzles create a single solid stream spray pattern, and larger inlet orifices with no internal obstructions permit non clogging suspension applications.

Solid stream nozzle produces a precise, concentrated and high-velocity stream which is longer distances than flat fan nozzles to handle tough cleaning applications. They spray at a fixed angle and have no moving parts to maintain.

They might be the simplest form of nozzles since their design is very straight forward. However, they are very useful and practical when high impact cleaning is required, or for trimming/cutting applications, especially in the paper industry.

Built with ruby insert material for a longer wear life than stainless or even ceramic. RELAB solid stream nozzles produce a highly efficient spray. The high-quality stream allows for greater stand-off distance from wire and felt roller fabrics, which reduces build-up on the surface of the insert.

Construction:

• One-piece hex body without any internal part
• The models listed are machined from bar stock
• Standard materials are brass and 316SS
• All models are available in either BSPP or NPS male threads
