DA Standard Solid Stream Nozzle

Characteristics:

DA solid stream nozzle is a straight jet nozzle with a 0° spray angle. This model is made of complete brass or stainless nozzle without any inserts. The nozzles create a single solid stream spray pattern, and larger inlet orifices with no internal obstructions permit non clogging suspension applications.

Solid stream nozzle produces a precise, concentrated and high-velocity stream which is longer distances than flat fan nozzles to handle tough cleaning applications. They spray at a fixed angle and have no moving parts to maintain.

They might be the simplest form of nozzles since their design is very straight forward. However, they are very useful and practical when high impact cleaning is required, or for trimming/cutting applications, especially in the paper industry.

The nozzles are available in brass or stainless for longer wear life and chemical resistance. The 416 stainless steel can be used with pressure washers and in other high-pressure washing and rinsing applications.

Construction:

• One-piece hex body without any internal parts
• The models listed are machined from bar stock
• Standard materials are brass, 304SS, 316SS and 416SS
• All models are available in either BSPT or NPT male threads
