Dovetail Uni Spray Nozzle
The dovetail uni spray nozzle is composed of three parts: connection body, retainer cap and spray tip. The spray tip and connection body have a dovetail type groove, after the spray tip is inserted into the connection body, it can automatically deflect the fixed angle. For the flat fan tips, this deflection angle can be complementary to the edge of the oval spray area ejected by the adjacent nozzle. It is more convenient for nozzles to arrange on a manifold, to form a uniform spray surface, with a large impact. It is used to improve the efficiency of cleaning and cooling.
Dovetailed Tip and Welding Seat
The flat fan tips are usually assembled onto a manifold through a welding nipple or a clamp and secured
tight with a locknut. Therefore they can be easily replaced and their jet easily oriented in the desired direction.
