Dovetailed Tip and Welding Seat

Characteristics:

The dovetail uni spray nozzle is composed of three parts: connection body, retainer cap and spray tip. The dovetail nozzle is fitted with a flat fan spray tip. The spray tip and connection body have a dovetail type groove, after the spray tip is inserted into the connection body, it can automatically deflect the fixed angle.

The self-aligning, interchangeable spray tips slide into the groove with the spray pattern offset by 5° or 15°ensuring exact alignment every time after nozzle disassembly.

For the flat fan tips, this deflection angle can be complementary to the edge of the oval spray area ejected by the adjacent nozzle. It is more convenient for nozzles to arrange on a manifold, to form a uniform spray surface, with a large impact. It is used to improve the efficiency of cleaning and cooling.
