Drying
Blow Drying
Blow drying is the single delivery of compressed air or air from a blower through a blowing nozzle. Multiple blowing nozzles are arranged into air knives, which can quickly blow off the water and dirt on the surface of the object, and can also blow heated air to dry the surface of the object quickly. It is suitable for drying the objects conveyed on the conveyor belt. The blowing nozzle can be used with adjustable ball joints and bamboo joints to blow dry objects from different angles and directions.
Hydraulic Atomization Spray Drying
Hydraulic atomization drying is to use an atomizing nozzle to accelerate the spraying of the raw material liquid through a tiny hole under high pressure, disperse it into droplets, and dry the droplets with hot gas (air, nitrogen or superheated steam) to obtain the product. The raw material liquid may be a solution, an emulsion, a suspension, or a molten liquid or a paste liquid. The dried product can be made into powder, granule, hollow sphere or pellet as required.
Gas Atomization Spray Drying
Gas atomization type spray drying is to use the speed difference between gas(compressed air, steam or other gases) and liquid material in the subsonic or supersonic range to spray conventional or viscous liquid materials through a special air atomizing nozzle (two-fluid nozzle) into fine mist droplets. The atomized liquid quickly exchanges heat with the drying heat medium, and is dried into powder in a very short time. The mixing of air and liquid can be carried out inside or outside the nozzle, and the liquid with higher viscosity generally chooses the air cap of the external mixing type.
