How to Identify a RELAB part number?
Nozzles are the last part that the water touches on it’s way out of the pipe. Although the spray nozzle is a small simple component, that controls how much pressure and water flow is produced.
It is very important to choose a correct nozzle, first you need to know how to read the part number/ordering number.
1. Part Number: FD10/24-SS304+CE2, Mist Nozzle
Model type: FD series High Pressure Mist Nozzle
Connection thread size: 10-24UNC-2A (external thread, with o-ring)
Body material: 304 stainless steel
Spray orifice size: 0.2mm ceramic orifice
Description: 10/24unc-2A thread FD series high pressure mist nozzle with 3.2 lph and 60 degree spray angle @60 bar in 304 stainless steel body and .2mm ceramic orifice insert.
2. Part Number: FG1/8-SS316+CE2, Mist Nozzle
