Sheet Metal Degreasing
Automobile sheet metal processing is also a technical means of automobile research and development. The use of lubricants and oils is sometimes necessary when processing automotive sheet metal parts. For example, cooling lubricants are used before turning, milling, or forming oils. Since the residues of the grease and oils have a disturbing effect in further processing steps, degreasing is necessary in preparatory surface treatment.
Degreasing is the operation that allows the removal of oily, greasy and foreign products from the surface of the stainless steel. degreasing is part of the preparatory surface treatment, leaving it ready for further operations.
RELAB degreasing nozzles can quickly remove grease, coolant residues and chips during processing from the surface of sheet metal.
The degreasing agents are applied to the workpiece under pressure through nozzles. The surface of the metal is thus rinsed. This does not only result in degreasing, and other residues and dirt are also removed from the workpiece.
