Glazing Baked Goods

Those shiny crusts you see in a bakers window is because the bread, cookies or other products have been glazed or washed as it is also called to look more enticing. Glazing baked goods can enhance the appearance of the product after baking. Like any finishing touch, a nice glaze can really take your baked goods to the next level.

RELAB nozzles can be used for glazing baked goods and are also an important part of automatic glazing systems. With a precision spray controller, the nozzle can apply the glaze evenly and consistently on baked goods such as bread, pies, pastries, etc.

The optional recirculation line and eductor enhances in-tank agitation, which maximises liquid circulation leading to a decrease in spray nozzle clogging.
