AB Hollow Cone Nozzle

Characteristics:

AB series have one-piece body with female thread connection, and produce a very fine spray with a hollow cone spray pattern, in line with the inlet pipe. model AB has a smaller flow rate than model AC.

The carefully machined inside vane has two precision machined spiral slots, which produce a wide range of capacities starting from very low values.

When low capacity nozzles are used, because of the limited inner passages, it is recommended that the spray manifold should be fitted with a filter of the proper mesh size to stabilize the flow rate and avoid the blockage.

Construction:

• One-piece body with a slotted vane
• The models listed are machined from bar stock
• For molded plastic models, please inquire us first
• Standard materials are brass, SS303 and SS316
• All models are available in either BSPP or NPS female threads
