Design Features
Characteristics:
The AA/AA-W series hollow cone nozzles produce a hollow cone spray pattern similar as RELAB A/AA series, but with a wide spray angle characterized by a bigger ring-shaped impact area.
These nozzles use a tangential injection of liquid into a whirling chamber to generate centrifugal forces which break up the liquid vein as soon as it leaves the orifice. Precisely designed orifice profiles, making use of the Coanda effect, provides the ability to obtain very large spray angles.
Uniform spray distribution is dropped in high flow rate and pressure due to unobstructed flow passage and superior spray control design.
A-W and AA-W series hollow cone nozzles have the same internal structure and performance characteristics. They are different in appearance: AA/AA-W series are external threads, while A/A-W series are internal threads.
